REFUND POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • Refunds are only available for products, conditionally returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all original accessories.

 

2. REASONS FOR REFUND

  • Inefficient Product functioning.

  • Incorrect products shipped.

 

3. REFUND PROCESS

  • Contact us at proactivechemicalsnz@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  • Provide order number, reason for return, and return shipping address.

  • We will provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

 

4. REFUND AMOUNT

  • Full refund for product price and original shipping costs (if applicable/if our fault).

  • Refund for return shipping costs may be deducted (if not our fault).

 

5. TIME FRAME

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned products.
